Now double in size, our new addition has provided an opportunity to introduce a new side of COPA. The bright and airy gallery style space, coined CAFE COPA, blends our Latin-Caribbean influences, with a morning to evening barista-bartender dynamic.
Open daily from 10am til after dark, the Café is best described as a sun-lit café by day and candle-lit cocktail lounge by night. The cafe offers a full menu of artisanal coffee, craft beverages, breakfast sandwiches, lunch handhelds and fresh pastries.

SUNDAYS JAZZ!
Each week, COPA features a rotating selection of exceptional live jazz bands with an emphasis on Latin Jazz, Classic Standards, and Global Rhythms.
The Sunday Latin Jazz Project is made possible through the support of our customers.
Admission is free, but we do require guests to make a food and/or beverage purchase at some point during their visit. Your support allows us to keep this open-door tradition alive and thriving each week.
